Soak & scrub
To bring out the softness in your feet, first spend five minutes soaking them in a bowl or bath of warm water – or in a luxurious foot spa if you have one. A dose of sweet-smelling bubble bath will add a splash of luxury, or add a few drops of your favourite essential oil for real relaxation and simply sit back. Then give them a good rub down with a pumice stone, foot file or exfoliating scrub.
Creamy goodness
The next step is to pat your feet dry with a soft towel and smother them in an intensive cream, designed especially to care for the unique needs of your feet. The skin on our feet can often become dry, cracked and tender so it's important to use a gentle, nourishing product which can counter these all-too-common problems. Rest for five minutes while it soaks in slowly.
Cuticle care
Finish with a flourish by massaging a little oil around the cuticles of your toenails and gently pushing them back until you feel the first sign of resistance. Trim and file your nails until they're short and smooth, and your feet should look and feel fabulous. A quick slick of bright, glossy polish will complete the transformation.
